We believe working with an organic produce distributor allows farmers to focus their efforts on the farm while providing broader access to the marketplace. We share consumer trends with our growers to help guide crop planning and assist new farmers with pack type and labeling requirements. We strive to maximize the return made to our farmers. By maintaining the farm label throughout our business transactions, we ensure customers always know what farm they are supporting.
We are the pioneer in growing specialty mushrooms in America and are dedicated to responsible agricultural stewardship. Our organic mushrooms are grown on oak shavings, a waste product from lumber mills.
